Introduction: This book represents a coming together of feminists and social activists with different backgrounds and varied fields of expertise, exploring gender issues in macro politic to come to terms with a constantly changing milieu. Backed by a rich interweaving of experiences in advocacy, this collaborative work can hopefully help us make the interconnections towards an advocacy for gender in economic reform.
